Jessica Simpson was having a peaceful meal at a New York inn when one a fervent fan of hers tried harder to get a peek of the singer. According to a source, the 27-year-old star was dining at the Waverly Inn and admirer of hers was so thrilled to see her that when she stood to take a glimpse at her leaving, she fell , crashed into a table for two, sending plates and glasses flying. An onlooker told the New York Post, "This woman sees Jessica leaving and gets up and runs through the crowd to get a peek." "She fell over into the fireplace, but not before she crashed into a table and went down head first. All to see Jessica Simpson," added the source.
